The Vikara Group Inc. acquired by Interchange Solutions
Inc.
April 6, 2005 - Toronto, Ontario - Interchange
Solutions Inc., the makers of the award winning Salesplace
for Lotus Notes, announced today the successful asset acquisition
of the business of The Vikara Group Inc. (Vikara). Vikara
specializes in CRM and Sales Force Automation software. This
acquisition bring s together over 20 years of Customer Relationship
Management and Sales Force Automation expertise.

The acquisition will play a key role in Interchange's strategy to enhance the
